For anyone in a committed, long term relationship who wants to learn more about the intersection of intimate relationships and contemplative prayer. You are welcome to come by yourself or with your partner.

Drawing upon his book, Mind Over Marriage, Gregg will share how the skills of contemplative prayer can help us cultivate traits that can benefit our loving relationships. The traits of calmness, attunement, presence, truth-telling, resonance, and trustworthiness will be introduced.

Workshop Goals

(1) To experientially learn more about the skills of contemplative prayer.

(2) To explore how contemplative prayer can translate into important personal traits.

(3) To learn more about the potential of contemplative prayer for helping us in our committed relationships.

The workshop is located at our beautiful retreat site in the east side of Asheville, NC, where you are surrounded by lovely mountains.
